What This Site Keeps
If you join the waitlist, this site keeps three things about you, and a fourth if you came by an invitation. Nothing else.
- 1Your Email AddressThe one you typed into the form.
- 2Who You Said You AreA parent, a teacher, or a student of 18 or over.
- 3When You JoinedThe date and time.
- 4An Invitation, If You Had OneIf you followed a link we gave to families we invited, the list notes which link. It doesn't say who you are.
What It Doesn't Keep
No name, no address, nothing about your child. The site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Your internet address is not stored with your email.
Who Reads the List
Only the person who makes Soren. It is used for one thing: to write to you when there is room. The site sends no automatic email, so that note will come from a person. The list is never sold or shared.
The List Is for Adults
Soren is for high-school students, and the waitlist asks for a parent's or another adult's email. If you're under 18 and left your own by mistake, write to the address below and it will be removed.
How to Be Taken Off
Write to [email protected] from the address you joined with. You'll be removed, and nothing about you will be left here.
Two Things Other Companies See
The check that you're a person. When you start on the form, the page loads a small check from Cloudflare that tells people from scripts. To do that, Cloudflare sees your internet address and some details of your browser. Soren doesn't keep them.
Visits. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which counts how many times a page is opened without using cookies and without identifying anyone.
This page is about this site and its waitlist. The Soren app has its own page on what it keeps, shown to everyone who uses it.
